Well, here we are at the last month of the summer. I felt like I needed to make an entry just to get out what i'm feeling at the moment. Just a couple of minutes ago I came back from sitting outside for an hour looking at the stars and contemplating what I did over these past months. I have tried to savor the company of my friends hoping I wouldn't forget the fun times I had over the past few weeks. Some of my friendships strengthened while some are withering away. I feel like i'm Trying to pull back time because I am running out of it.
Next saturday I leave for school in new york city, its exciting and bittersweet. My summer ends early but I know I will meet new people and experience new things during my official orientation. Its a new beginning. This whole year has been a roller coaster as I set out to do what I wanted to do and toughened up a little. I just hope I am prepared to overcome whats in store for me but only time will tell.
I wont promise to make a new entry as it always ends up that i make a new one a year later. So for now I will say later. lol
